We design the criteria for the selection of best consultants and contractors, define the project timelines, cost and quality standards and setup the project team which will ensure the timely completion of the project.
At this stage we co-ordinate between the client and the architectural team, engineers, contractors and other consultants. All the agencies involved in the project are given their respective contracts and from this stage the involvement of the client is minimized so that they can focus on their core work and our team represents the client to ensure that everything is done as per the client's wishes and the plan.
In this phase our services include preparing the master construction programme identifying the main activities, monitoring the progress of construction, procuring the material, setting deadlines and ensuring that these timelines are strictly adhered to by all the contractors and sub-contractors, monitoring the expenses as per the budget, approving the invoices and clearing payments to the contractors and vendors, site supervision for checking the quality of material and workmanship.
This phase responsibilities of Apt Infrazone includes verification of the work upon completion, review of the performance guarantees and maintenance contracts, establishing the procedure for ensuring the performance during the warranty or the liability period, creating best systems for maintaining the structure and equipments post the liability period, handing over all the operating manuals, warranty papers and creating a building mainteance team which will takeover from us after the handing over of the building takes place.
